What happens between order confirmation and the part arriving: MOQ logic, lead time structure, packaging, payment and export terms. Written so buyers can plan schedules and freight in one pass.
There is no fixed piece-count MOQ that applies to everything — MOQ follows tooling. A part that fits existing tooling can start at a few hundred pieces; a part that needs new dies and fixtures carries a tooling charge that sets the practical minimum. Sample builds cover prototype needs regardless of volume. If you are a distributor or a project house with unpredictable demand, say so in the inquiry: annual-volume bands and consignment options are negotiated per account.
The honest way to read a busbar schedule is in three segments. Tooling is the only segment with hard dependency on drawing approval — die work, fixtures and insulation masks. Samples come after tooling, and approval can be accelerated by using our standard stack and terminal options instead of custom ones. Production is usually the fastest segment once the process is proven. State the target ship date in the inquiry; we can often collapse the path by parallelizing tooling and sample prep.
Laminated busbars ship protected: individual film or foam separation, edge protection on plated surfaces, and corrugated boxes or pallets sized per lot. Tin-plated areas are the fragile part — abrasion between parts in transit defeats the plating purpose. We design the pack around the plated areas, and the packing list reflects the pack structure. For air freight, ask for the compacted pallet option when quantities allow.
Standard terms: T/T with a deposit at order confirmation and balance before shipment; L/C for larger orders. All payments go through agreed commercial channels — nothing is processed on this website. Freight terms are agreed per order (EXW, FOB or DAP are common). Quotations state validity, typically thirty days, and prices follow copper/aluminum market conditions at confirmation — the two metals are named on the quotation so you can track the exposure.
SHANYUAN ships from Rizhao, Shandong, to customers in more than 20 countries. Export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, and CoC or lot records on request. Laminated busbars are typically classified under HS 8536.90 or 8544.90 depending on construction; we state the code used on our invoices and you confirm classification with your broker. For projects under customs regimes with rules of origin, the manufacturer's documentation is available to support the claim.
The five-minute pre-order checklist: released drawing version and tolerance agreement; test scope frozen (hipot voltage, insulation resistance, continuity, optional PD); plating spec and coverage boundaries; packing and freight terms; and the target date with the critical path named. The quality documents page covers the test and CoC side; the quote process page covers the RFQ side.
