Conditions d'utilisation

By accessing and using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. The website is provided for information about SHANYUAN products, engineering resources and services, and for submitting business inquiries. All content is offered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site. Materials on this site may be used for your internal engineering evaluation only, and not for resale or redistribution. The website may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance without notice, and we are not liable for any resulting interruption.

Product descriptions, specifications, application notes and capability ranges published on this site are provided in good faith and reflect our standard engineering families. They describe typical configurations rather than commitments to individual designs. Final specifications of any product — layer count, conductor cross-section, terminal layout, dimensions and ratings — are defined by the agreed drawing and quotation for your project and supersede anything stated on this website.

Reference data such as the ampacity chart, thermal guidance and the laminated busbar design guide are general starting points for specifiers. They are provided as engineering reference and do not replace design verification for your specific application, enclosure, cooling conditions and standards. SHANYUAN is not liable for use of this information without engineering review of the specific application; we recommend sending your parameters to our engineering team for a documented sizing before release.

Quotations are prepared in writing and are valid for the period stated in the offer, typically thirty days. Prices depend on copper and aluminum market conditions at order confirmation, layer count, terminal complexity, surface finish and annual volume; a quotation is not an order, and an order becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties. Technical and commercial questions on a quotation should be raised before acceptance — that is the point at which DFM feedback is still free. Drawings submitted with an inquiry (PDF, DXF or STEP) remain your property and are used only to prepare your quotation; revised drawings supersede earlier versions once confirmed in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, SHANYUAN disclaims all implied warranties for the information on this site. For ordered products, non-conforming parts are reworked or replaced under the warranty period agreed in the purchase agreement, with failure analysis shared on request. In no event will our total liability arising from this website or your use of it exceed the value of a specific quotation related to your inquiry. This limitation applies to all claims, whether in contract, warranty or otherwise, and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on this site — text, images, graphics, diagrams and page design — belongs to SHANYUAN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, frame or commercially exploit any of it without our written permission. Drawings and specifications you submit to us remain your property; we use them only to prepare your quotation and project and treat them as confidential.

This site may contain links to third-party websites for convenience, for example to logistics or standards resources. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement of the linked site's products or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We prefer to resolve disagreements directly: if a concern arises from this website or an inquiry, contact our engineering team first and we will work with you in good faith. Where a negotiated solution cannot be found, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Rizhao Shanyuan Electronic Components Co., Ltd. is located.

We may update these Terms of Use as our services or legal requirements change. The version posted on this page at the time of your visit applies to that visit; material changes will be reflected with a new 'last updated' date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with the agreed drawing and quotation, are the entire agreement between you and SHANYUAN regarding use of this website.

Questions about these terms: email busbar@shanyo.com, call +86 136 4542 9121 or WhatsApp +1 519 253 9195. We will route your message to the responsible team and reply in writing.
