Politique de confidentialité

SHANYUAN is the trade name of Rizhao Shanyuan Electronic Components Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of laminated busbars based in Shandong Province, China. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to information submitted through our inquiry forms, email correspondence and technical support channels. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from this site, which operate under their own privacy practices.

When you send an inquiry we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number, product requirements, drawings or specifications in PDF, DXF or STEP format, and estimated quantities. We may also collect basic technical data about your visit, such as pages viewed, browser type and referring site, through cookies that you can control. We do not require you to provide more information than is needed to respond to your inquiry, and you may decline to share optional details.

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare technical quotations, provide engineering support such as DFM review and ampacity guidance, and deliver products or documentation you request. Correspondence history may be kept to give our engineers context in later discussions of your project. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

This website is a business-to-business site for engineering inquiries. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as government identification numbers, financial account details or payment credentials through our forms. Payment and banking details, when required for an order, are exchanged through agreed commercial channels rather than this website. We do not place advertising trackers or remarketing pixels on this site, and we do not use analytics data for ad targeting or cross-site behavioural profiling.

This site uses cookies and local storage for two purposes: technical operation — remembering your cookie consent choice and keeping the inquiry form working securely — and anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics through Google Analytics (gtag.js), which places cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure how pages are used. Analytics data is processed in aggregate and is not used to identify or contact you, and these cookies do not track you across other websites for advertising. You can set your browser to block or delete cookies; the inquiry form may not work correctly without technical cookies, and analytics cookies can be disabled separately if your browser supports it.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where required to provide the requested service — for example, when a freight forwarder or courier needs delivery details to ship an order, or where we are required by law. Google Analytics is used as a sub-processor for website usage statistics under Google's data-processing terms, with IP address truncation enabled and data retention limited; it receives only pseudonymised technical data about visits, never the content of your inquiry. Embedded external services on this site, if any, are limited to technical functions such as document delivery and are instructed to process data only on our behalf and for the purposes described in this policy.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect inquiry records against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Access to inquiry records is limited to the engineering and sales staff who need it to service your project. Submitted drawings and specifications are treated as confidential business information: they are used only for your quotation and project work, and are never shared with other customers or used for our own product development.

Our engineering team operates in China, and customers and recipients of our products are located in multiple countries. When your inquiry information is processed or stored outside your own country, we apply the same care described in this policy regardless of where the data is handled. By submitting an inquiry through this website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in China and in the countries where our logistics partners operate.

Inquiry records are retained for the period needed to service your account and maintain the quality and traceability records tied to your production lots — typically the duration of the business relationship plus the period required for our commercial and quality records. After that period, inquiry records are deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we will do so, subject to records we are required by law to keep.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time. You may also ask us to stop using your contact details, or to copy your inquiry records. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will respond without undue delay and in any event within one month. If you believe our handling of your data does not comply with applicable law, you may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

This website is intended for business and engineering visitors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through this site, please contact us and we will delete the records promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or legal requirements change. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new 'last updated' date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The version in force at the time of your inquiry governs the handling of that inquiry.

Questions about this policy, or a request to access or delete your records: email busbar@shanyo.com, call +86 136 4542 9121 or WhatsApp +1 519 253 9195. We will route your message to the person responsible for data handling and reply in writing.
