Laminated busbar set for IGBT power modules with matched tab terminals for phase legs.

A matched busbar set for the phase legs of an IGBT power module. The two laminates are tooled together so the tab pitch matches the module pin geometry exactly, and the laminated construction keeps the loop inductance low enough to limit switching overshoot across the devices.
