We are a registered manufacturer specializing in laminated busbars — the insulated, multi-layer conductor assemblies that modern electric vehicles, energy storage systems and power electronics rely on for compact, low-inductance power distribution.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Every SHANYUAN laminated busbar passes through the same controlled process chain, from raw copper sheet to a packed, tested assembly:
- Material preparation — copper (C11000) or aluminum sheet cut to size
- Punching and laser cutting — conductor profiles, mounting holes and terminal windows
- Surface finishing — tin plating for corrosion resistance and solderability
- Dielectric layup — PET, Nomex or epoxy-based films layered between conductors
- Lamination — controlled heat and pressure bond the conductor stack
- Edge sealing — sealed edges restore dielectric strength at the cut edges
- Terminal assembly — studs, blade tabs and fused links welded in position
- CNC trimming and inspection — final dimensional check before packing
